With our new platform for accounting consultancies, you can automate more of your work.

The new platform is specifically designed to assist accounting consultants whose clients conduct sales via physical cash registers or online. By automating the collection of sales data and subsequently generating accounting documentation in programs such as Fortnox and Visma, the platform streamlines the accounting of complex transactions. Currently, the service works with Fortnox and Visma. More accounting systems will be supported this fall, further expanding the target audience.

A special feature of the platform is the ability to handle e-commerce orders either by posting them individually or accumulated on a daily basis. Daily accumulated postings result in a journal entry that includes all relevant VAT categories, OSS, and payment methods. Payments are recorded against a reconciliation account, providing a clear and cohesive picture of the finances. Payouts from payment providers are also posted to this account, further simplifying the reconciliation process.

A significant new feature is that accounting consultants can now gain direct access to the platform and set up their clients’ integrations themselves. This means that consultants can manage settings and integrations independently, providing greater control over the accounting process and potentially leading to better prices for their clients.

For accounting consultants, the new platform offers an opportunity to streamline their workflows and reduce the risk of errors. By automating the accounting process, time is freed up to focus on other important aspects of the business.
